** Important note that this owner's guest refund policy, due to the period of your reservation in high season, is: If you suffer a travel setback, we agree, at our discretion, to proceed with one of the following actions:
1- If the guest cancels the reservation 60 days prior to the dates of their reservation, 40% of the total paid will be refunded less €120.00 for the processing and refund management.
2- If the guest cancels the reservation less than 60 days prior to the dates of their reservation, any amount paid will NOT be refunded.
All determinations regarding the guest refund policy, without limitation, the amount of any refund will be at the judgment of the owner, will be final and binding on all Guests and periods.
